Arrive at 10:30am inside the clubhouse at Cleeve Hill Golf Club. Here we will build and then paint wooden bird feeders. Bird feeders are for you to take home and put up to help birds get through the toughest part of winter.
Use your creative flair to create your own designs, inspired by Cleeve Common, and then turn them into a badge.
As the paint on our feeders dries, we will head out for a nature walk on Cleeve Common where we will search for birds, fossils and any other winter delights we can find (if weather permits).
£3.50 (plus booking fee) per child, includes all equipment needed.
Booking essential. Please book a place for anyone wanting to make a bird feeder. Younger siblings are welcome free of charge (they will be able to make a badge but we only have limited bird feeder kits), please just book them a space so we don't overcrowd the area. Book a place..
Recommended for primary-aged children.
