A summer holiday classic! A chance to investigate the Cleeve Common stream in Watery Bottom.

Follow the trail from Quarry car park down to the Wash pool where we will meet you with stream dipping equipment. Wellies recommended - closed shoes are essential for entering the water.

Start from quarry car park any time in your hour time slot.

Please note the wash pool is a little over a mile, or a 30-minute leisurely walk, from Quarry car park. You may want to give yourselves longer if you have little legs in your group.

We will provide some raft making equipment, but why not bring your own scissors, string and accessories and you can collect sticks on your walk down.

Aimed at primary school aged children, but younger siblings welcome. All children must be supervised at all times.
